A new Mexican restaurant is set to spice up Memphis.
Taquería Hispana Quiché will soon debut at 4612 Winchester Rd, joining a vibrant shopping strip that includes Mj Donuts & Neveria and Reese’s Bar-B-Q.
Owner Andres Pablo Perez, who also oversees the neighboring Guatemalan grocery store, told What Now Memphis that the new restaurant will offer a wide range of classic Mexican dishes, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, rice, and beans.
Perez is currently awaiting final inspections and hopes to open Taquería Hispana Quiché within the next couple of months.
