Owner Steve Fenton will bring a new local staple, Paulie’s Neighborhood Restaurant, Wine Bar & Market, to The Glen Town Center in Glenview, IL. For the last few months, the project has been gearing up with wine tastings and fundraisers, although social media posts indicate Fenton and his team had originally planned to open much earlier this year. An opening date has not been announced.
Paulie’s is named for one of Fenton’s sons. According to a Craigslist advertisement placed a day ago, Paulie’s will open at 4PM daily, with the exception of Sunday, when it will be closed.
While you await the opening of this new eatery, you can peruse the wine offerings from Paulie’s bottle shop online and place orders directly. Paulie’s carries a substantial variety of California and Oregon wines, as well as a selection of European wines. The bottles are sold below retail price and, if purchased by the half-case, at an even better discount.
Setting up shop at 1820 Tower Drive, Paulie’s will neighbor other Glenview eateries like Yard House, John’s Garage Sports Bar, So’Bella Cucina, and Montira Thai and Sushi.
