According to the company’s website, FARE will open its newly renovated storefront at 71 S. Wacker Drive in Spring 2022. Co-founded by Britni DeLeon and Kasia Bednarz, FARE is a dine-in and takeaway concept that also offers a wholesale prepared foods line sold at Dom’s Markets and Local Foods. “FARE is currently undergoing new construction and will be opening their storefront in Spring 2022,” shares the company’s website.

When indulging in the simple, flavor-forward cooking that FARE serves, you can expect to find seasonally sourced dishes often crafted with local produce. The company, which also offers catering services, promises no processed foods, ‘tricky’ or hydrogenated oils, or refined sugars, and the dishes are 99% made from scratch. FARE carried vegan and gluten-free options as well.

While you await the opening of the new FARE location (the company’s website suggests the possibility of other unannounced storefronts), you can find the company at farmers markets around the city. You can also order FARE goods like granola, chocolate chip cookie mix, pistachio crumble, and more online.

Keep an eye on FARE’s social media (and truly delicious-looking bites) for all the updates you need.
