A brand new brewery called Flipside Brewing is making its way to Tinley Park, located at 7144 183rd St.

The new brewery will move into the former home of 350 Brewing in the Cornerstone Centre Shopping Center, between Runa Izakaya and Mr. Riko Loko. As the name suggests, the new brewery will be a turning point for owner Erik Pizer, who also co-founded 350 Brewing. After stepping away from the company a few years later, he became head brewer of Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery and then at Milk Money Brewing. Now, he is ready to open his own brewery by himself.

Pizer tells What Now Chicago he hopes to open the new brewery by the end of the month, but with inspections and permitting, it could be by the end of the summer. When the new brewery opens, customers can expect high-quality craft beer from the company. Before this, Flipside Brewing made a name for itself through small-batch brews, such as the Northeast Pale at 6.5 percent ABV.

On top of the delicious beer at this new brewery, customers can expect a variety of delicious bar food that will go great with the drinks. Pizer tells What Now Chicago customers can expect everything from burgers and wings to buffalo chicken sandwiches. This will hopefully lead to the brewery becoming the primary drinking spot near the Tinley Park Convention Center. On top of that, there are only a handful of breweries around Tinley Park.
