FARE, the local restaurant that obliges to almost every dietary restriction and diet, is making its way to Streeterville, located at 251 E. Huron St.

The company’s third location will move on the second floor of the Northwestern Memorial Hospital, according to FARE’s website. Founders Kasia Bednarz and Britni DeLeon launched the health-conscious restaurant in the From Here on Food Hall, followed by a recent opening in The Loop. While the menu slightly varies by location, each site has something for everyone, whether they’re vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, or avoiding refined sugars.

When the new locations open in the hospital, customers can expect grab-and-go options, smoothie bowls, and plenty of drink options, including coffee, tea, and more. FARE also caters to breakfast, lunch, and dinner for parties big and small. Every item on the menu is a testament to the owner’s commitment to eating well means ‘yes’ to whole foods and ‘no’ to preservatives, refined sugars, and out-of-season eating.

“As two young professionals working in Chicago, we struggled to find simply prepared, wholesome and nutritious meals that tasted good,” according to the company’s website. “So, instead of spending money on mediocre “healthy” options, we packed our own lunches and quickly bonded over our shared love for well-prepared but not over-involved food. Food made with real ingredients and mostly vegetables (always seasonal).”
