Blue Leopard Has Its Eyes On a North Side Location

According to a recent permit filing, a new concept called Blue Leopard has filed for a second-floor location at 1252 North Wells Street.

A representative of Blue Leopard was not immediately available to comment upon What Now Chicago’s request.

While an official opening date and what Blue Leopard plans to offer have yet to be confirmed, according to the permit, four people and two LLCs are behind Blue Leopard.

The two LLCs are Wells Street Late Night Entertainment Group Lp and 1252 Wells Late Night Entertainment Llc. The four people listed as partners are Amit Ahlowalia, Elliott Campbell, Mitchell Krull, and Zachary Incandela.

For the property itself, according to Loop Net, the property is marked as a mixed-use retail building. It was built in 1991 and consists of three stories, with approximately 9,600 square feet of space. Uproar Hospitality is stated to reside in the building as well.
