Four franchise locations for a restaurant specializing in high-quality baked goods will be popping up across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Rahul and April Rai, a Dallas couple, will bring these Paris Baguette Bakery Cafe locations to the area over the next couple of years.
The first Paris Baguette is planned for Arlington Highlands. It is tentatively set to open later this year. The second is scheduled to open in Mansfield in the fall of 2024, according to a press statement. The Rais are on the search for spaces for the other two locations, which are expected to open in Allen and McKinney.
No strangers to the restaurant industry, the Rais opened their first restaurant in 2010. They recently decided to move forward with the Paris Baguette franchise because of the quality of the brand’s baked goods and the similarity to pastries the couple enjoyed while traveling in Europe.
The Paris Baguette menu features freshly-baked pastries, gourmet baguette sandwiches, seasonal salads, and more. Paris Baguette also offers cakes by the slice or whole, crafted coffees, and tea. The brand, which has more than 4,000 locations across the globe, has been expanding across Texas in recent months including storefronts in DFW and Houston.
