Arlington could be the next spot for a White Rhino Coffee. Chris Parvin founded White Rhino Coffee in Cedar Hill in 2007 to provide “a space where community members could get a cup of craft coffee and connect with their neighbors,” according to the White Rhino website.

A recent state project filing shows the new location for White Rhino Coffee would open at 8150 Matlock Rd. in Arlington. Construction will include a remodel of the former Arby’s space and could wrap up in early 2024. There’s no official word on when White Rhino Coffee might begin serving customers at the new spot in Arlington.

The menu features craft coffees such as drip and cold brew, signature lattes, and espresso, as well as scratch food items. Diners can try a Maple-Glazed Chicken Biscuit, breakfast sandwiches, or Biscuit and Gravy Bites. Scones, muffins, and cookies are also on the menu, as well as grab-and-go yogurts and salads.

The brand operates about 10 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex including one in Arlington, Downtown Dallas, Fort Worth, and Waxahachie, as well as a roastery. The brand’s website states White Rhino Coffee plans to open 15 more shops by 2025.
