Sweet treats from celebrity chef and restaurateur Fabio Viviani will soon be offered in Fort Worth. JARS Sweets & Things is expected to open at 3000 S Hulen St., Ste. 150. A recent project filing states construction on the 2,300-square-foot space could wrap up in early fall, so the new JARS could open to the public by the end of 2023.

Franchisees Jason and Tejal Wible, who also own and operate Dogtopia, are bringing the concept to Fort Worth. JARS currently has locations in operation in Illinois and California. The brand is planning an aggressive expansion with other Texas spots proposed for Dallas, Frisco, Highland Park, and Plano, and others in California, according to the brand’s website.

“Our deliciously sweet creations do more than satisfy cravings – they take you on a culinary adventure that sparks memories and infectious excitement,” the website stated.

JARS offers single-serve dessert options, in a jar, of course. Some of the nearly two dozen flavors include Fabio’s Tiramisu, Red Velvet Cheesecake, Banana Cream Pie, and French Vanilla Cake. Yum!

Viviani, from Florence, Italy, moved to the U.S. in 2005. He has been involved in developing numerous concepts including Osteria by Fabio Viviani. Viviani is well-known for his appearances on seasons five and eight of Bravo’s Top Chef.
