A private, luxury airport facility for commercial flights is now tentatively set to open at the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in the spring of 2024. PS at DFW will offer a unique pre- and post-flight experience, serving as an alternative from the main terminals for passengers on commercial flights.
At PS, commercial travelers can bypass the public terminals to indulge in a private and seamless travel experience. Guests can enjoy lounges or designated private suites, chef-prepared food, and spa services, while the PS Control Room coordinates with government, security, and airline officials to ensure the utmost efficiency, safety, and privacy. Anyone can become a member of PS, and corporate memberships are available.
The 12,200-square-foot facility will be adjacent to Corporate Aviation at DFW and will feature both Private Suites and The Salon signature lounge. PS travelers will have access to private TSA and Customs screenings on-site, as well as a BMW chauffeured escort to and from their commercial flights. The design, amenities, and chef-led culinary program will reflect the uniqueness of Dallas and Fort Worth, blending Western heritage with modern, cosmopolitan sensibilities.
The DFW Board of Directors approved the addition of PS back in March. At the time, PS CEO Amina Porter stated, “Establishing a presence in the bustling region and airport of DFW was important to us as a brand and marks yet another key milestone in PS’ continued evolution as a leader in reimagining airport travel.”
PS, originally established at Los Angeles International Airport in 2017 as The Private Suite, reimagines the airport experience for the seasoned and discerning traveler. PS continues to serve passengers at LAX and will open at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in early September. Plans are to also open at Miami International Airport sometime in 2025. A recent press release stated that PS’ accelerated momentum comes as the brand’s proven experience providing a private, premium, and seamless airport offering meets the industry’s growing demand.
