28-year-old entrepreneur, Tanner Spring is opening another Peach Cobbler Factory at 720 E Campbell Road by the end of this year, he told What Now Dallas. The exact open date is subject to change, depending on inspections and approval, but locals can watch for an exact open date on the sweet shop’s Facebook.

Peach Cobbler Factory offers twelve flavors of cobbler with premium vanilla bean ice cream and “a dash of cobbler magic.” The menu also includes banana puddings, cinnamon rolls, shakes, cookies, brownies, churro sticks, Belgian waffles and enough sauce options to satisfy even the sweetest of teeth.

Spring told What Now Dallas he made the decision to “take the leap” as a franchisee following a promotion. He knew he wanted to either start a business or buy a house, and seized an opportunity he immediately connected to.

“There are plenty of ice cream or frozen yogurt shops, but how often do you see a true southern comfort item like cobbler? It belongs in Texas,” Spring said. “Plus, my partner and I were always in competition with my grandma to see who makes the best banana pudding, so I love to have that on the menu as well.”
