Hyderabad House is gearing up to launch a new franchise in Fort Worth, with an opening slated for early 2025.
However, this location will offer something distinct: an Indian grocery store integrated into the restaurant, aiming to address a gap in the local market.
Franchisee Sai Alapati told What Now Dallas in a phone interview that the new space will feature both indoor and outdoor dining, catering to customers seeking authentic Indian cuisine. “There’s a need for a place like this in the area,” said Alapati, emphasizing the importance of becoming a hub for both dining and grocery shopping.
Inspired by innovative Hyderabad House franchises—such as one that stays open until 2 a.m. with a BYOB (bring-your-own-booze) policy—Alapati hopes the blend of restaurant and grocery services will resonate with the community.
This will be the first Hyderabad House location to feature a grocery market, including a meat section, alongside the restaurant. Alapati believes the demand for Indian foods and specialty products has grown in Fort Worth, and he’s determined to offer residents a convenient, all-in-one destination for dining and shopping.
