A growing chain of bodega-style delis known for its frosé is scouting new Lowcountry locations.

According to a Facebook post from The Co-Op Frosé & Eatery, owner Jess Patterson is actively seeking sites in Mount Pleasant and Daniel Island, with potential expansions to John’s Island and West Ashley as well. In his announcement, he wrote:

We are currently looking at spots in these locations so reach out if you see any spots available. We want an old restaurant space as I can’t do another buildout. I have more banks coming after me than Instagram trolls. But we’d love to take over a vacant spot! We love our locals so let’s get these locations started. I mean maybe we look into John’s Island & West Ashley if enough of you want us in your hood but we are focused on East of the Ashley at this point. So let’s go moms! Find us some spots!!! Or we could put a Frosé machine in your favorite watering hole or restaurant. Like we did at EOBC! Feel free to reach out!! LFG!!

The Co-Op is known for its gourmet sandwiches, salads, and breakfast options, along with its $1 coffee and 60-flavor world-famous frosé machines. A former Wall Street trader, Patterson founded The Co-Op in Charleston in 2012. The eatery has since expanded to include 10 locations across South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Stay tuned for further details as new sites are selected.
