Popular food truck Fork Yeah is leveling up from mobile eatery to brick-and-mortar restaurant. Liquor license data shows the company has been approved to sell alcohol at Loveland property, 434 N Garfield Ave.

The truck is owned by Jake Gargano and Megan Gunter, who also own a truck called Little Fork at the Cattail Creek Golf Course, and Big Fork restaurant at The Olde Course at Loveland.

Big Fork’s food truck menu consists of burgers, hot dogs, loaded fries, and sandwiches. The permanent location will have an expanded menu — perhaps the wraps and salads from Big Fork. It is the old shell where The Ball Spot eatery was located.

Gargano and Gunter competed on and won Food Network’s Great American Food Truck Race a few years back. They told NoCo Style they hope to open a truck in Denver or Estes Park in the future, as well.
