The founder of Hello Darling has a similar business in the works just a few miles away. Flora is the next venture of Daniel Masters, and will be located at 370 W 12th Ave., records show.

Permits filed with the City and County of Denver reveal the businessman submitted plans for a 1,907-square-foot space near the Denver Art Museum. It will have space for 62 patrons and needs approximately $170,000 in work done.

A preview for the menu at Flora shows a wine list, classic cocktails like daiquiris, margaritas, and gin & tonics, as well as light bites: charcuterie, nuts, pretzels, and bread. There is also coffee service until 5 PM.

Masters opened Hello Darling in 2022. He also owns two venues in Tennessee:  Silly Goose nightclub and the Pontotoc Lounge eatery. It has the same vibe, with coffee in the mornings and afternoons and a bar as well.
