The well-loved breakfast and brunch chain Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, will be opening its second Nashville location in The Gulch, according to the Nashville Post.
The address of the new location is 810 Division St., inside the mixed-use building, Crossroads. Originally founded in Denver in 2006, the breakfast joint has seen a lot of growth recently across 10 different states. There are currently over 50 locations in the country.
There’s no known grand opening date for the new location, but it is likely to be at least a year out. Snooze plans to open at least 10 additional corporately operated restaurants across the country in 2023, including the location in The Gulch.
The menu at Snooze is widely known for its creative takes on eggs benedict dishes as well as offering a full bar. Some of the popular menu items include the Monte Cristo brioche french toast, blueberry danish pancakes, smothered breakfast burrito, and the pork chile verde benedict. They also offer vegetarian and vegan options, including soyrizo and vegan pancakes.
According to the Snooze website, they aim to leave their community a better place than when they found it.
“Snooze started with two brothers, Jon and Adam Schlegel, who believed that the only thing better than a full plate was a clear conscience. That’s why with every meal we serve, we’re dedicated to bettering both the communities we live in and the planet we live on. We donate 1% of our sales back to our communities while composting and recycling nearly 90% of our waste,” states the Snooze website.
Snooze originally opened its first Tennessee location in East Nashville at 969 Main St. in Feb. 2022.
