Evelyn’s Restaurant to Open This Summer at The Hutton Hotel

The signature restaurant inside The Hutton Hotel will open later this summer, serving American classics in an upscale environment.

The Hutton Hotel, a luxury hotel in the Midtown area of Nashville, will be debuting its signature restaurant this summer called Evelyn’s, serving a modern twist on American classics. Located at 1808 West End Ave, the restaurant is slated to open in late summer, however, an official grand opening date is pending.

Inspired by Evelyn Sharp, a twentieth-century hotelier, art collector, and savvy philanthropist, Evelyn’s will be home to a vibrant environment set in a haven for all walks of life to enjoy food, drink, and lively conversation, according to a press release announcing the opening.

“I can’t wait for Nashville to experience and taste how the bold flavors of the South are infused into modern American classics,” says Jonathan Rush, Director of Operations and a Nashville native. “The city’s culinary landscape has changed and grown so much in recent years, and we’re excited to offer an unrivaled food and beverage experience alongside the dynamic, bold, and modern atmosphere of the hotel.”

Guests can expect new, unique takes on classic American dishes infused with flavors of the South, accompanied by a curated spirits list, extensive international wine menu, and expertly crafted classic cocktail menu. Evelyn’s will offer breakfast, lunch, and dinner with specialty menus including happy hour, late night, weekend brunch, and a “power lunch” perfectly suited for industry insiders and locals alike. 

Evelyn’s menu will include snacks and small plates that are meant to be shared including a steak tartare, burrata tartine, and rock shrimp and andouille. Larger plates will include southern fish and chips, roasted ribeye steak, broiled red snapper, and dover sole.
