Plans have been submitted for a new Chipotle Mexican Grill location to occupy the former Stylemaster hair salon at 11381 Lebanon Rd in Mt. Juliet, a nearby Nashville suburb.
Although an exact opening timeline is unknown, the permitting and construction efforts of this location mean that Chipotle Mt. Juliet might open its doors later this year, or early 2024.
The site is on the east side of Lebanon Road, near Meb Court and west of North Mt. Juliet Road, based on plans submitted to Mt. Juliet’s planning department.
The plans also show that a second tenant in the space will be Keke’s Breakfast Cafe. Chipotle will be 2,360 square feet and Keke’s Breakfast Cafe will be 4,200 square feet, splitting the former salon into two individual spaces.
Chipotle is most well-known for its affordable and customizable, made-to-order offerings of tacos, burritos, and burrito bowls that include any option of barbacoa, carnitas, chicken, sofritas-style tofu, black and pinto beans, fajita strips, guacamole, cheese, lettuce, a variety of salsas, corn, and more. Chipotle also sells a variety of drinks including lemonade, hibiscus water, and beer.
What Now Nashville reached out to Chipotle officials for comment but did not receive a response at the time of publication.
