Agave’s, a Mexican restaurant currently located in Belle Meade, will become a tenant in Charlotte Park’s Breeze Block development later this year. Once Agave’s moves to 6100 Robertson Ave, people passing through the area will be able to stop in for lunch, happy hour and dinner deals.

According to the restaurant’s website, menu items include appetizers, salads, nachos, burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas and desserts.

Fernando Carapachea is the owner of Agave’s. In a phone call with What Now Nashville, Carapachea expressed a sense of optimism in the new space.

Agave’s is currently operating at 4550 Harding Pike in Belle Meade. By 2025, Avage’s will relocate about three miles north to the Charlotte Park area.

According to press release reported on by the Nashville Post, Agave’s will be coming to a new development called Breeze Block. Vintage South Development, the group that owns Breeze Block, offers a description of their proposed project in Charlotte Park on its website.

“With 39,000 square feet of commercial space and 24 residential townhomes, Breeze Block will become the new neighborhood hub of Charlotte Park, bringing the first office, retail, and restaurant tenants to this centrally located neighborhood.”

Carapachea shared that Agave’s will aim to relocate by the end of 2024, so it can begin the new year in the new space.
