Thai Samurai has been announced as one of the newest tenants for the River North development set to open later this year, according to a release from MRP Realty.

The upscale sushi and Asian fusion restaurant, which draws inspiration from both Thai and Japanese cuisine, currently has locations in Bellevue and Mt. Juliet. Current locations also feature a cocktail bar and a sushi bar, where customers can watch sushi chefs make their sushi.

The brand also has another location in the pipeline in Cool Springs.

Thai Samurai will be part of phase one of the new mixed-use River North development. Phase one will feature four buildings: Oxbow, The Wayward, 2200 Bowline and 2300 Bowline. The buildings will consist of 651 apartments, a 78,000 square foot office building and 73,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space.

Other tenants including Pure Green, Shake Shack and Hoppin’ have also been announced.

While the opening timeline has yet to be announced, many of the tenants are expected to open in early 2025.

What Now Nashville has reached out to owner Phouthone Keuanoudone for more information but has yet to receive a response. Stay tuned for updates on this location.
