Long Beach locals will soon have a new ramen spot. JINYA Ramen Bar will serve its slow-cooked ramen and tasty small plates at 6480 Pacific Coast Hwy.

What distinguishes JINYA from other ramen shops is the richness of its broths, which are simmered for 20 hours in-house. JINYA Ramen Bar offers an all-encompassing ramen menu including the Flying Vegan Harvest; Shrimp Wanton Ramen; Slurp Up Cilantro; and the classic JINYA Tatsu Black (pork broth: pork chashu, kikurage, green onion, nori dried seaweed, seasoned egg, garlic chips, garlic oil, fried onion and spicy sauce served with thin noodles). Each bowl is simmered to perfection and packed with delicious flavor.

JINYA Ramen Bar also features an array of savory small plates such as the Pork Gyoza; the Crispy Chicken (juicy fried chicken thigh with an original garlic pepper served with mixed baby greens and JINYA’s original ponzu sauce); and the JINYA Bun (steamed bun stuffed with slow-braised pork chashu, cucumber and baby mixed greens served with JINYA’s original bun sauce and Kewpie mayonnaise).

JINYA Ramen Bar will move into suite 130 at the 2nd & PCH Shopping Mall with plans to open this fall.
