The Boil Daddy — a fast-growing Cajun seafood boil concept by Jun Cho — is preparing to open five new SoCal locations, with two of those stores landing in Los Angeles (West Covina and Artesia).

Franchisee Dinesh Shah also recently purchased an existing corporate Boil Daddy location in Downtown Los Angeles on East Washington Blvd and will open a third store in Rancho Cucamonga.

An Alhambra location is also on the way, with franchisee contracts in the process of finalization.

“Our entire team is blown away at the momentum we have seen already this year with our franchise opportunity, and we haven’t even scratched the surface of what’s to come,” stated Cho in a recent press release.

Cho continued, “The Boil Daddy is seeking to be the new face of delicious Cajun Seafood Boil not only in California but across the U.S.”

Per the brand’s website, The Boil Daddy menu highlights the freshest seafood and ingredients including shrimp, lobsters, crabs, clams, and mussels cooked alongside potatoes and corn and served in various forms.
