Bigstraw Boba is relocating its flagship Oxnard store in Centerpoint Mall to a new space in the same shopping center. The shop should be open by this spring, according to co-owner Richard Tran.

Established in 2002, Bigstraw was ahead of its time as Ventura County’s first-ever boba shop. Today, the brand is a local favorite and has a handful of locations throughout the county.

Bigstraw is known for its wide variety of drink flavors (more than 80, to be precise) plus dozens of optional add-ons like sprinkles, custard pudding and popping boba pearls.

The family-owned chain also has locations in Ventura Village and Oxnard’s Vineyard Plaza. They recently closed their Camarillo location.
