Located on the southeast corner of the intersection between Keene Road and Main Street in Dunedin, Granada Plaza is the future home of upcoming crepe concept Crepesology. A plan review was submitted recently for the concept by The Pyshkins LLC, giving the address 1503 Main St for the upcoming crepe spot.

After finding the plan review on Thursday, What Now contacted co-owner Polina Pyshkina to inquire about Crepesology. Pyshkin said they were not available at the time, and What Now is awaiting comment by email.

For now, details about Crepesology’s coming menu offerings and projected opening date remain unknown, but we’re hoping to find out soon!

Anchored by a Publix Supermarket, Granada Plaza also houses eateries like Firehouse Subs and St. Pete Bagel Company. Other nearby food and drink spots include Miggs Craft Kitchen and, just past Cocord Drive West, Prohibition and Our Place.
