Creekside Commons, the retail center located at the intersection of Erie Road and US-301, will soon be home to a new location from Sarasota-based brewer Good Liquid Brewing Company. Good Liquid already has a restaurant & brewery and a separate lounge location, both located in Waterside Place.

Promising “Good Times, Good Food, Good Liquid,” the brewer invites you to “join us for locally brewed beer” and “chef inspired dishes.”

Those chef-inspired dishes include Entrees like Bolognese, Sugar Reef Coconut Shrimp (coconut-coated shrimp, deep-fried, with apricot sweet chili sauce, served with baked sweet potato slices), and Blackened Gulf Grouper (blackened red grouper, mango salsa, pan sauce, served with sweet potato slices and grouper mods: mango salsa on the side).

There’s also a selection of sandwiches like the Crab Cake Sandwich, the Fired Green Tomato + Shrimp Salad Po’boy, and the Buttermilk Fried Chicken sandwich.

Representatives of Good Liquid Brewing were not immediately available for comment on Monday regarding the new location. It’s not yet known what menu offerings we can expect from the Parrish Good Liquid location.
