A new cocktail bar called Vesper is slated to open in fall 2023 in the NoMa area.

The bar is the latest concept by restaurateur Nicholas Stefanelli, who also owns the French brasserie, Le Chlou, the Italian-inspired and high-end restaurant Masseria in DC, and the rooftop lounge at the Morrow Hotel in NoMa.

Vesper will feature live go-go and bossa nova music, according to the Washingtonian.

Its menu will feature lavish food, weekend, tea, and a Champagne cart custom-made in France.
