The Alexandria dining scene will be toasting the new year with the opening of a long-anticipated restaurant from the Catalogue hospitality group. Ted’s Bulletin will begin serving guests at a new Carlyle Crossing location in 2025, reports the Washington Business Journal.

The restaurant group has 4,828 square feet of the apartment complex, located at 2495 Mandeville Lane, dedicated to the concept. Though a precise opening date is not currently available, Catalogue anticipates debuting the Alexandria Ted’s Bulletin in the first quarter of 2025.

Ted’s Bulletin is no stranger to the DMV-region; the concept currently has eight locations. The Carlyle Crossing restaurant will include certain alterations intended to attract a broader customer demographic, including a larger menu and a centralized bar.

Ted’s has developed a fan following through its impressive bakery selection, all-day breakfasts, and self-proclaimed “reimagined American classics.” As the restaurant’s website states: “We take a creative and contemporary approach to classic American dishes and cocktails”.

Catalogue has an additional 2,089 square feet of the complex leased. Initially, the hospitality group intended to use the space to house Sidekick Bakery, however plans have shifted and the apartment building will now host Honeymoon Chicken.
