When the leaves change color this autumn, a pair of DC restaurateurs are making sure the pasta does the same. Daniel Perron and Luca Giovannini are launching a new concept called Divino, which emphasizes multi-colored pastas this October, reports local media outlet Washingtonian.

The restaurant will be opening at 2505 Wisconsin Avenue, NW, in the Glover Park Hotel. While a precise grand opening date is not currently available, Perron and Giovannini are aiming for a late October debut.

The duo have considerable hospitality experience under their belts. Giovannini currently owns Donahue cocktail lounge. Chef Perron has cooked at beloved restaurants including Charlie Palmer Steak, Trummer’s, and Whaley’s. He offers a peak at Divino’s cuisine, stating ““Every week that you come in, you’re going to get something a little bit different, especially from me. I like to change the menu up a lot.”

Divino will invite guests to participate in the theater of their meal, allowing them to observe the pastas being made at a dedicated counter.
