The enormously popular restaurant is bringing its unique brand of fast-casual Chinese food to 800 22nd Street, NW. The space last housed Beefsteak, Jose Andres’ veggie forward concept. An opening timeline is not currently available for this latest DC Panda Express location, however the website has it listed as “coming soon”.

The celebrated American Chinese restaurant first began serving happy customers in 1983. The concept, headquartered in California, has expanded to include more than 2,300 storefronts worldwide.

Panda Express offers a unique and incredibly popular take on fast-casual Chinese food. The restaurant has garnered particular acclaim for its signature dish, orange chicken, but also serves favorites including teriyaki chicken, Kung Pao chicken, bourbon chicken, honey walnut shrimp, and broccoli beef, among others.
