Popular Mediterranean Chain to Open New Location in Bay City

A new Pita Way is coming soon to Uptown Bay City. The location is anticipated to open in December.

A new Pita Way Mediterranean Grill is under development in Bay City at 200 Mckinley Ave in Uptown. This news was first seen in MLive. The Pita Way corporation confirmed with What Now Detroit that the new location is anticipated to open on Dec. 18 if everything goes according to plan.

The upcoming location is located right next to Starbucks. Those driving down the Avenue can now see the completed building with the Pita Way sign on the front. The new restaurant also has a drive-thru lane for those who are in a rush.

The Michigan-born quick-service Mediterranean brand currently has locations in Clarkston, sWhite Lake Township, Fenton, Warren, and Brighton. The chain also opened two new locations in Ann Arbor this summer. The chain serves freshly made Mediterranean sandwiches, bowls, and Mediterranean quesadillas (quesopitas) with quality ingredients and customizable options, as well as salads and side items. The menu also carries vegetarian options.

All Pita Way restaurants are owned and operated by the company under a unique 50-50 profit-sharing program. For those interested in partnering with Pita Way, more information can be found on the company’s franchise page.
