A new juice bar called Yaygit Juice is soon to open at 5309 22nd Ave NW in the Ballard neighborhood, replacing the former restaurant called Sawyer.

A representative of Yaygit Juice did not immediately return What Now Seattle’s request for comment.

While the opening date and menu have yet to be confirmed, juice restaurants, also known as juice bars or juice cafes, specialize in serving fresh juices, smoothies, other healthy drinks, and light meals and snacks.

Juice restaurants may offer a variety of juice blends, ranging from classic fruit juices to more unique combinations that incorporate vegetables, superfoods, and herbs.

Many juice restaurants also offer smoothies, which typically include a combination of fruits, vegetables, and other healthy ingredients blended together to create a thick and creamy beverage.
