Sugo Hand Roll Bar will be opening its second location at 4735 42nd Ave SW inside of the Mural Apartments’ first floor, with the goal of opening its doors summer of this year or in the upcoming fall season, according to Norman Wu, CEO of parent company Conscious Hospitality Group.

While originally planned to open before the current Pike Place location, the team faced some permit challenges, but they are optimistic about opening in the upcoming months. Looking ahead, Sugo Hand Roll Bar has plans to expand and open additional locations in the coming year, Norman told What Now Seattle.

Patrons can look forward to their wide array of options, which features a mix of classic sushi options and unique signature dishes that highlight fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. The restaurant places a strong emphasis on sustainability and is committed to using eco-friendly fishing and sourcing practices.
