Mainstay Provisions is gearing up to open its second location in Belltown at 2295 7th Ave, with the new venue set to hopefully open in the late summer of this year, restaurant’s owner Thom Koschwanez told What Now Seattle.

“We’re very excited and hope to have this new location open later this summer or the upcoming fall season, all things permitted,” says Thom.

Mainstay Provisions features a menu boasting a diverse range of dishes, including soups, sandwiches, salads, and rotisserie chicken, all of which will be prepared in-house with unique ingredients curated to showcase fine dining techniques at affordable prices.

In addition to its food offerings, patrons can also look forward to a selection of local and international beers and wines, specialty oils, vinegars, and other items to complement its menu. The restaurant’s breakfast pastries and desserts are all made in-house and are a perfect pairing with its Ladro Roasting espresso beverages, according to the company’s website.
