House of Eve, an elevated café bar concept, is tentatively scheduled to open around mid-November at 730 Blanchard Street in Belltown, according to Eve’s owner Mikayla Benedict.

Benedict expressed to What Now Seattle that her vision for the café bar is to be more than just a place to eat and drink and to also be a place to promote women’s empowerment and awaken the spirit of women in power, corporate, and women-owned businesses in the greater Seattle area.

To further enhance the concept, House of Eve’s menu and cocktail program will be themed around the idea of women’s empowerment. The signature cocktails, The Garden of Eden and The Venus Guy Trap will be just two examples of how the brand will incorporate the theme.
