While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed or official menu offerings, Swish Swish will be coming from the co-founder of Kizuki Ramen and Izakaya, Nuri Aydinel. Kizuki can be described as serving Japanese ramen prepared in the same meticulous manner as it is in Japan. Their commitment to preserving the authenticity of this dish is reflected in their unique method of roasting bones before boiling, similar to the French style of making consommé.
As pioneers in the Japanese ramen industry, they were the first to employ this technique, resulting in a broth that is not only rich and flavorful but also exquisitely fragrant with layers of depth. To ensure an unparalleled dining experience, they spare no effort in sourcing high-quality ingredients, even if it means importing directly from Japan when suitable substitutes cannot be found in the United States, according to the company website.
