While an official opening date and menu options for The Garrison have yet to be confirmed, the partners of Le Coin, Jordan Melnikoff, and Joshua Delgado are also behind The Garrison. Nestled in the Upper Fremont neighborhood of Seattle, Le Coin stands proudly as a modern French-American restaurant.
With a commitment to showcasing the freshest seafood, meat, and game the Northwest has to offer, as well as locally sourced produce from sustainable farms, Le Coin aims to delight the palates of its patrons. Spearheaded by the previously mentioned duo, both esteemed members of The Commonwealth on Snoqualmie Pass team, this restaurant has found its home in a historic Fremont building, previously occupied by the iconic Buckaroo Tavern and, more recently, Roux, according to the Evolution Project’s website.
At Le Coin, patrons can anticipate a culinary experience that celebrates the diverse flavors and ingredients of the Pacific Northwest. The restaurant’s commitment to sourcing the freshest seafood, meat, and game ensures that each dish is infused with the region’s natural bounty. Additionally, Le Coin’s emphasis on partnering with sustainable farms for locally sourced produce reflects its dedication to responsible and ethical dining practices, according to the company website.
