According to Seattle Business Journal, Pinstripes will be expanding to the 555 Tower in Bellevue, located at 555 108th Avenue NE.
A representative of Pinstripes was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to the article, “The two-level, 21,000-square-foot space is set to open in mid-2024.”
“Founded in 2007, the Chicago-based company is known for its made-from-scratch food, from wood-fired pizza and seasonal gelato, in addition to its bowling lanes, bocce courts, and outdoor seating. It operates 14 locations across the country.”
