According to a recent permit filing, Gasworks Brewing will soon open in the Northlake area at 2441 N Northlake Way.
A representative of Gasworks Brewing was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.
While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to a recent Instagram post from Gasworks, they plan to open their doors sometime in the spring.
According to Wallyhood, “If you’re thirsting for some beer freshly brewed in our neighborhood, don’t head over to Gasworks Brewing just yet.”
“What with the time it takes to build and, more significantly, the permitting required to build down near the water, Cluff estimates that opening may come in about a year. Until then, we’ll just have to survive off of “imports” from our nearby neighborhoods.”
Cody Huff, who is one of the folks behind Gasworks according to the permit filing, is also behind Magnuson Cafe, Wallyhood states.
Magnuson Cafe’s website states, “Magnuson Cafe & Brewery is a modern American brewhouse restaurant that is all about community, featuring a 15BBL brewhouse with rotating beers on tap, and a large outdoor deck (covered and heated) on the shores of Lake Washington.”
“The restaurant and team believe in engaging with all guests through memorable experiences with approachable, progressive hand-crafted food and beer. We source local meat, produce, seafood, dairy, ice cream, coffee, hops, grain, and bread every week, which are crafted into delicious meals and drinks!”
