Veravin LLC Has Its Eyes on Northtowne Shopping Center Location in Bellevue

According to a recent permit filing, Veravin LLC has its eyes set on Bellevue at 2636 Bellevue Way NE #A #780.

A representative of Veravin LLC was not immediately available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request.

While an official opening date and what Veravin plans to offer has yet to be confirmed, according to the permit filing, Veravin has filed for a beer/wine specialty shop license.

According to Washington Company Search, Veravin LLC was incorporated on January 18th, 2024. Listed on both the permit filing and the business filing is Frank Artale.

Frank is listed as the registered business agent for three other businesses, according to the search. Those three businesses are listed as Prime Foray LLC, Xensource INC, and Consera Software Corporation.

When it comes to the property itself, according to Crexi, Veravin would be a part of the Northtowne Shopping Center. The property is described as “49,767 square feet. Qfc Grocery-anchored center in coveted close-in Bellevue Location. High traffic and tremendous visibility.”

According to Downtown Bellevue Network, “The North Towne Shopping Center located along Bellevue Way Northeast was recently purchased for $14.5 million, according to King County property records. According to NAI Puget Sound Properties, the 3.2 acres of land is 100% leased with a stable occupancy history.”
