According to a recent permit filing, Red Star has filed for a new location in Bellingham at 1327 N State Street.

A representative of Red Star was not available for commentary upon What Now Seattle’s request at this time.

While an official opening date has yet to be confirmed, according to Red Star Taco Bar’s website, they currently have two locations, one in Seattle and the other in Tacoma.

Seattle’s location describes itself as an “Eatery serving eclectic tacos, frozen margaritas & high-quality tequila in an upbeat setting with late-night hours.” Tacoma’s location describes itself as an “Eatery serving eclectic tacos, frozen margaritas & high-quality tequila in an upbeat setting.”

Tacoma offers additional options, such as its “dinner and a movie” option, and a private party loft. Both options come with a special menu for each occasion.

“We opened our doors in 2014 with the modest idea of offering good food and drink in a casual atmosphere. That has evolved to serving up the most creative tacos we can come up with and a carefully curated selection of additive-free world-class tequila.”

“Our loyal customers and incredible staff are something we feel immense gratitude for and we’ve been humbled by the support of both over the last decade,” Seattle’s menu section on the company website adds.
