According to MySA, Brevity Coffee is expanding beyond San Antonio, gearing up to debut a new outpost in Boerne.

Coming to 428 W. Bandera Road, the concept will land near establishments such as Dutch Bros Coffee, Fuego Catracho, and La Capital del Sabor.

Franchisee Kierstyn Bellow, who will operate the eatery alongside husband Chris Bellow, tells What Now San Antonio that the location was formerly home to Church’s Chicken and Nobility Tea.

In addition to a drive-thru, “it will be only the second Brevity that has indoor seating, alongside one in San Antonio,” she continues.

For readers who are unfamiliar with Brevity Coffee, the business offers a brief mission statement on its website: “We at Brevity strive to not only brighten your day with an amazing cup of coffee but aim to fully connect with our community and have a lasting impact on all that we serve.”

Our purpose here at Brevity is simple. It is to ensure we provide a servant’s heart to each and every person we interact with,” the introduction continues.

While Brevity on Bandera will soft-open on Monday, September 30, beginning drive-thru service, it will not open its dining area for another couple of months. Stay tuned for updates.
