According to a recently submitted permit application, fast-growing Houston-based Chicago-style pizza chain Crust Pizza Co. is expanding its San Antonio-area presence — planning to debut a new outpost in Cibolo later this year.
Coming to 813 Cibolo Valley Drive, Suite 170, the eatery will land near establishments such as Jersey Mike’s Subs, P. Terry’s Burger Stand, and Smoothie King.
Derek Campbell tells What Now San Antonio, “We are excited to be building in Cibolo and working towards our grand opening.”
Additionally, public records reveal that the interior build-out of the existing 3,050-square-foot spot is scheduled to begin on April 1 and finish on November 15, and will cost an estimated $400,000 to complete.
For readers who are unfamiliar with Crust Pizza, the eatery offers a brief introduction on its website: “When you’re in the mood for traditional Chicago-style thin crust pizza that you’ve heard so much about, Crust Pizza is here to serve you the real thing. Stop by and enjoy our family-friendly atmosphere or take it to go.”
