According to recent public records, a new Indian food establishment is coming to Georgetown. Desi Masala will be found at 3307 W State Hwy 29.

What Now Austin briefly reached a co-owner of the project who opted not to disclose any information on the upcoming project.

Seeking any information on the official website, all What Now Austin found was a message that read “We’re under construction. Please check back for an update soon.”

Fortunately, construction records provide a general overview of the space and build-out project. The tenant finish out will cost around $700,000 and span 8,840 ft 2. Work is expected to begin in May and wrap up before the end of November.

No opening date has been announced.
