Winslow Township, get ready to wake up and smell a brand new cup of coffee. 7 Brew Coffee has received approval to open its second New Jersey storefront in the neighborhood, reports local media outlet 42Freeway.
A Fulton Bank building will need to be demolished before the cafe can begin brewing hot pots of joe at its new 528 Berlin Cross Keys Road. 7 Brew follows an unusual mode of construction; the shops are prefabricated, delivered, and then assembled into their final form at the given site. Winslow’s storefront will be 510 square feet, complete with a drive-thru and a 260 square foot refrigeration shed.
Java fans shouldn’t get too excited just yet; while 7 Brew has attained Winslow Township approval, it still has a few hurdles to clear before setting up its percolators. The chain will need to be granted the ok from the Camden County Planning Board, a process which will add some months onto the opening timeline.
Still a relative newcomer to the coffee scene, 7 Brew poured its first cup in Arkansas in 2017. The company’s website explains its ethos and ambition, stating: “7 Brew is so much more than just a coffee stand. It’s the concept of cultivating kindness and joy with every drink – through our service, speed, quality, energy and atmosphere. It’s contagious and it’s changing the drive-thru coffee industry.”
This guiding principle has led the chain to great success, resulting in 352 locations spread over 26 states.
