A small burger concept has big plans in Georgia.

Smalls Sliders is planned for Warner Robins at 2691 Watson Boulevard, according to construction documents. The modular structure would be about 800 square feet, according to the plans.

Smalls Sliders first opened in 2019 and began franchising in 2023. The brand currently has units, which it calls “cans,” open in Louisiana, Florida, Mississippi, with many more planned. Earlier this year, Smalls Sliders hit 200 locations in development, with 40 expected to open this year. The brand also sold out development in six states: Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri and Mississippi.

The units have a modular format, with a streamlined drive-thru and walk-up window. The menu includes the classic slider with pickles, cheese and signature sauce called “Smauce,” with bacon available as an add-on. In addition to the sliders, the menu includes waffle fries, grilled cheese and milkshakes available in vanilla, chocolate, and cookies and cream.

As What Now Atlanta reported earlier this year, Smalls Sliders signed an agreement with real estate group PAR Concepts, LLC to bring six locations of the concept to Georgia. The group is also a franchisee of Guthrie’s Chicken. According to the construction plans, a 2,000-square-foot Guthrie’s location could also rise next to the upcoming Smalls Sliders.

PAR Concepts comes from the founders of ROMO-PADA Development, LLC, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate developer specializing in commercial real estate brokerage, site selection, acquisition and development.

Construction bids on the upcoming Warner Robins location of Smalls Sliders will be accepted until Nov. 20, 2024.
