Georgia’s Own has picked a prime corner Midtown space for its next banking center.

The credit union is coming soon to the newly-built Hanover Midtown residential mixed-use, at 881 Peachtree St. NE Suite B, according to leasing materials obtained by What Now Atlanta (WNA).

Reps for Hanover Midtown confirmed the plans in a telephone conversation with WNA Wednesday.

Georgia’s Own will be sandwiched between the recently-opened DGX, a city-format Dollar General, and a Dunkin’ doughnut shop.

The 2,217-square-foot storefront will be branch number 24 for the downtown Atlanta-headquartered bank, according to the company’s website.

It’s unclear when the new Georgia’s Own will open and it doesn’t appear construction has yet to start.
