If you travel up and down East-West Connector and crave breakfast, a new destination will color your tastebuds.

Franchise Partner Lorette Dessieux is opening Eggs Up Grill at 1355 East-West Connector in the Heritage Hills Shopping Center.

The growing franchise is rapidly becoming popular, and this Austell location will make it the seventh restaurant in the Atlanta metro area.

“When I was growing up, our family ate breakfast together every morning before work and school to discuss the day, and I think that’s so important for families,” Lorette Dessieux said to Restaurant News. “We are excited to create that same environment for the community of Austell – a place to enjoy the nostalgia of breakfast or brunch with friends and family.”

Planned for a late 2023 summer opening, the breakfast and brunch spot will have total seating for 159 people across 2,800 square feet. The restaurant will be open six days a week from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm.

Dessieux is a current elementary school teacher in the Cobb County School District. She and her husband are self-proclaimed breakfast people and found the Eggs Up opportunity perfect for their lifestyle.

Eggs Up has several locations across the Carolinas, Georgia, Florida, Virginia, Tennessee, and Alabama. There are also reports that the franchise will be entering Texas soon.
