A building permit application was filed to convert a former restaurant in Atlanta into an event space and catering kitchen with a to-go window.

According to the application, the space at 559 Dutch Valley Road NE would be for Ibiza Event Catering. The scope of the work would include selective demolition of the one-story structure, along with new finishes, fixtures and a rooftop deck. The space is 6,500 square feet.

The space near Piedmont Park was formerly occupied by One Midtown Kitchen, which closed in 2018.

Ibiza Event Catering does catering for weddings, parties, corporate events and film sets. Catering options include plate service, a buffet, or service from one of the company’s several food trucks.

When reached by What Now Atlanta, chef and owner Raf Morales said they have not released any information about the space.
