Reston, get ready to say “guten tag” to your next great culinary experience. A brand-new concept called Reston Brats n Beers is bringing all of the best of German dining to the neighborhood later this year, reports local media outlet FFXNow.

The restaurant will be opening at 1610 Washington Plaza North, in the former home of K.G. Cutz. Construction is underway on the space, and the restaurant has filed an application for a liquor license for the location. Reston Beers n Brats comes from Creative Bar Concepts, the company behind Shipgarten and Salamati Grille.

Co-owner Matt Rofogouran explains that a reasonable amount of work is required to turn the current shell into a bustling restaurant; he is hoping to open Brats n Beers later this summer.

The menu promises to bring something special to the local dining scene-to whit, enough bratwurst to keep even the most avid enthusiast sated for quite some time. Rofogouran describes the menu, saying: “We’re gonna have your standard German bratwurst, we’re gonna have jalapeno cheddar wurst. We’re gonna have applewurst. We’re gonna have weisswurst. We’re gonna have all sorts of different types, a wide variety of bratwurst.”

Living up to both aspects of its name, Brats n Beers will offer an impressive range of both American and German brews.
