A popular brunch chain is cooking up a new location in Georgia.
First Watch is under construction now in Stockbridge at 1060 Chen Parkway, according to construction documents. The full-service eatery is expected to include indoor seating for about 138 people and an outdoor patio for 24 people, the plans indicate.
The restaurant will be part of the Bridges at Jodeco mixed-use development. Other tenants include a Sprouts grocery store and the Mexican restaurant Hacienda Bar & Grill.
First Watch serves breakfast, brunch and lunch. The company operates more than 570 locations in 30 states. The menu includes breakfast and lunch favorites like pancakes, sandwiches, eggs benedict, breakfast tacos, omelettes, salads and more, plus coffee, juices and breakfast cocktails. The restaurant also serves seasonal offerings, like the current Wild Berry Lavender French Toast.
“Our newest menu is serving up the classics you crave with vibrant SoCal flavors and cozy New York bodega vibes, taking your taste buds on a journey from coast to coast,” the company says of the spring menu.
